Etraveli Group was founded in 2007. The name Etraveli was first used in 2007 when Seat24 and SRG Online (''Svenska Resegruppen'') merged. In 2015, Etraveli Group was acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 Media and placed under its investment subsidiary 7Travel for €235 million. Later in 2017, Etraveli Group was sold to
