Sarris began his football career at the infrastructure segments of his local club

. He signed his first professional contract with the club in 2009. At the age of 19, Sarris made two league appearances in his first season and one appearance in the 2009–10 season. In the 2010–11 season he began gaining substantially more playing time, making eight appearances in the
