Frank William Bullock Jr. (born November 3, 1938) is a former United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Bullock was a federal judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Bullock was nominated by President

on November 23, 1982, to a seat on the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina vacated by Judge Eugene Andrew Gordon. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on December 10, 1982, and received his commission the same day. He served as Chief Judge from 1992 to 1999 and assumed senior status on December 31, 2005. Bullock's service was terminated on August 1, 2006, due to retirement.
