finnCap was founded in 2007 following a 50% buyout of JM Finn's corporate advisory and broking division. The buyout was completed in May 2010 when the remaining 50% of the company was acquired from JM Finn, making the company wholly independent.Business Sale - £2.5 million FinnCap buy-out completed
