History

Fatih Vatan Spor was founded in 2006 as the sports club of Fatih Vatan High School, which is situated at Vatan Boulevard in Fatih district of Istanbul. The team finished the 2016–17 Women's Second League season following the play-off round as champion, and were promoted to the Women's First League. Fatih Vatan Spor finished the 2018-19 First League in ninth place, and was relegated to the Second League after their second First League season.
