On 19 May 2016 Roda JC extended his contract until the summer of 2017. After a good first year Noor didn't play much in the first half of the 2016–17 season. Eventually Roda JC and Noor decided to search for a new club on loan or a transfer to get more playtime.

On 19 January 2017 Roda JC announced on their website that Noor was loaned to Cambuur until the summer of 2017. He made his debut against his former team
