Early life and education

Khudaynatov was born on September 11, 1960, in Shymkent. In 1996, he graduated from the International Academy of Entrepreneurship.


Career

Khudaynatov served his mandatory military service in naval border guard units from 1978 until 1981. He was demobilized with the rank of chief petty officer. In 1981, he moved to Nefteyugansk, where he worked for Yuganskneftegaz as a drilling rig installer. In 1985, Khudaynatov moved to
