E Jingping (; born January 1956) is a Chinese engineer and politician who served as
Minister of Water Resources from 2018 to 2021.
He was an alternate member of the
18th CPC Central Committee and is a member of the
19th CPC Central Committee.

vice-minister of Water Resources. On March 19, 2018, he was elected

13th National People's Congress. He concurrently serving as director of th
Office of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project Commission of the State Council and deputy commander of the Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters since July 2010.
