Biography

Tadtaev was born on October 31, 1990, in the South Ossetian capital of

. In 2012 he graduated from the Stavropol State University with a degree in organization management. From January to February 2013 Tadtayev worked as a consultant for the Department of Strategic Planning of the Department of Socioeconomic Planning in the South Ossetian Ministry of Finance. Then from February 2013 to September 2013 he was the head of the Investment Policy Department for the Foreign Economic Relations Department. From September 2013 to February 2017 he was the head of the Foreign Economic Relations Department. From February 2017 to March 2021 he was the first deputy finance minister. In this capacity he blamed the rising price of fuel in South Ossetia due to Russian economic policies, stating that all fuel is imported from Russia, and therefore Russia controls the prices.
