In 1906, Durham incorporated as a city. In 1962, James C. Donahue established the Donahue Corporation, maker of farm implement carriers, and has grown to a facility. They have built and distributed over 50,000 implement carriers. It currently is located approximately northeast of Durham on 290th St.
