genus of lowland evergreen rainforest trees in southeast Asia, comprising two or three species.
''Duabanga'' was traditionally included in the ditypic family
Sonneratiaceae, but it is now classified in its own
monotypic subfamily Duabangoideae of the
Lythraceae
