and was a three-time All-American. He helped the Bruins win four straight NCAA Championships from 1981 to 1984. He was selected to the NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team in 1982, 1983, and 1984. Partie was inducted into the UCLA Hall of Fame in 1997.
