In 2006, Dian married Donald Van Der Zee, a disabled millionaire who only had a few days left to live. After his death, it was widely believed that Dian only married him for financial interests. Soon, she set eyes on police inspector Mohammed Aydin who was called in to solve Ludo Sanders' murder (who actually survived).
