Throughout the mid-1980s and early 1990s, he was the publisher of Strawberry Jam Comics, and wrote ''To Be Announced'' and ''night life''. He was also co-founder of The Comic Legends Legal Defense Fund in Canada and co-edited the organization's two ''True North'' anthologies. His stories have appeared in comics series including ''
