Career

Undefeated with a record of 18 wins and a draw, Lorente won the European Boxing Union featherweight title by beating defending champion Mauro Forte on a majority decision in Tirana, Albania, on 11 July 2024. He retained the belt by unanimous decision against Francesco Grandelli in Carbonia, Sardinia, Italy, on 13 December 2024. Lorente had an in-ring face-off with Michael Conlan in Brighton, England, on 7 March 2025, after the Irish boxer won a fight against Asad Asif Khan and was named as the next challenger for his title.
