was founded by President Obiang in 1987, Seriche Bioko joined it as did almost all politicians in the country. In those years, he was also a party deputy in the House of People's Representatives. He served as prime minister until March 4, 1992. He later fell into disgrace and went into exile in Spain. At the end of 2004 he founded the opposition party "Vanguardia por la Defensa de los Derechos de Ciudadanos".
