''Conchoecia'' is a genus of ostracods in the subfamily
Conchoeciinae.
The genus contains bioluminescent species. ''Conchoecia'' have a
coelenterazine luciferin based bioluminescent system, unlike the
cypridinid luciferin based system found in the
Cypridinidae
