Career

In 2012 she swam four individual events at the 2012 Paralympic Games, where she was the youngest Paralympian on Team USA. Young reached the final in the 100m Breaststroke SB13 placing 5th, and the 200m Individual Medley SM13 placing 7th. She placed 10th in the 100m Freestyle S13 and 12th in the 50m Freestyle S13. In 2016 she won the bronze medal in the 100 m Breaststroke SB13 at the
