The game follows Claire and Barry Burton's daughter Moira as they are kidnapped, infected with the T-Phobos virus, and trapped on a mysterious, abandoned, prison island. They defeat Alex Wesker and some monsters. Claire and Moira, and Barry arrives to look for them and a young girl named Natalia Korda.
