Career

Born in Hamburg, Braun played in his youth for Hamburger SV, VfL 93 Hamburg and FC St. Pauli, among others, where he also made the leap into men's football when he was accepted into the second team in March 2011. With her, he managed to get promoted to the Regionalliga Nord for the 2011–12 season, and subsequently played for the team for two seasons.
