After the conclusion of the 2022 season Nolan announced that he had entered the transfer portal. Nolan finished his career at Oregon State completing 316 of his 520 passes for 4,153 yards and 32 touchdowns to 20 interceptions, while also adding 508 rushing yards and five touchdowns.
