On April 30, 2018, Jones was suspended the first four games of the 2018 season for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. He was waived on August 31, 2018.
Jones was suspended the first six weeks of the 2019 season on August 30, 2019, for violating the league's policy on
domestic violence stemming from an August 2018 arrest. He was reinstated from suspension on October 15, 2019.
