The charges include serious allegations such as rape, aggravated sodomy, human trafficking, and holding victims at gunpoint. With being Indicted on 13 counts of rape and sex trafficking he could face a sentence of 25 years to life in prison if convicted. Prosecutors claim that Cash Out used his celebrity status and social media presence to entice women. The crimes allegedly took place in a hotel room near Fulton Industrial Boulevard and a residence in Carroll Heights, a neighborhood in the city.
