appointed him a member of the Expert Commission to draft a new Constitution. Frontaura was appointed to the Republican Party's seat. He served on the Subcommittee on Principles, Civil, and Political Rights, and later joined the joint commission to resolve discrepancies regarding the constitutional draft. The proposed constitution was rejected after a referendum in December.
