Boozer attends Christopher Columbus High School in Westchester, Florida. In his sophomore year, he averaged 21.1 points, 11.2 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and two blocks per game, winning a state championship. Boozer participated in the 2023 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship in Mérida, Yucatán. He averaged 16.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.5 steals, and 1.2 assists. He would lead Team USA to win the gold with an 82-point victory against Team Canada. This led Boozer to win the Under-16
