Within New South Wales, ''Calomnion complanatum'' is an endangered species reported from only 4 populations, all in New South Wales: Cambewarra Mountain, Rocky Creek Canyon on the Newnes Plateau, and two sites on Mount Wilson (Zircon Creek and Waterfall Reserve).
