was appealed to California's Second District, which found the studio was within their right not to cast Sexton in the movie because of the deadly risk posed to others. In doing so, the Court said the following: "Sexton’s position boils down to his claim that he had a right to impose a potentially deadly risk on coworkers so he could act in ''Manhunt''. No precedent supports this claim."
