Senior career

Paenga-Amosa spent four years with the Queensland Reds from 2018 to 2021, earning 55 Super Rugby caps and scoring 14 tries. He then signed for Montpellier, going on to play 56 games over a 3-year period, scoring 8 tries. On 12 April 2024, the Western Force announced that Paenga-Amosa has signed a long-term contract, commencing June 2024.
