in 2010. During the 2010–11 and 2011–12 seasons, Brust came off the bench. In his sophomore year in 2011–12, he averaged the 6th most minutes and the 5th most points per game on the team. He also averaged 1.6 three-pointers game per game, which ranked 13th in the Big Ten. During the 2012–13 and 2013–14 seasons, Brust started all of the Badgers' games. In his junior year in 2012–13, he led the team in minutes and assist-to-turnover ratio with a 2.0, and led the team in scoring for the
