Plot

Wafa gets a scholarship to a top university in the city and pretends to be rich. Her father is a gambler, while her mother is a teacher who tries to make money, but Wafa does not care about her mother's struggle. Wafa goes to a job interview, later being hired. She receives an invitation to Meesam and Shiza's wedding, and she decides to go. Later, Asad has a wife, Sunaina, and a daughter, Laiba. Meesam then marries Shiza, who sees Meesam talking to Wafa and confronts him. Asad asks Wafa to marry him. Wafa agrees, and they marry the following week. Meanwhile, at Wafa's house, her brother dies of cancer. Asad comes back home to his wife Sunaina. After Wafa's father finds out that his daughter ran away, he divorces with Wafa's mother. Shiza's father was about to marry Wafa, but Shiza was against it. Wafa finds out that she had a brain tumour later apologising to everyone at Meesam's house. Meesam has a son, later naming him Asad. Subsequently, Wafa has a son, and the father ends up homeless.
