Barry Brucker grew up in Beverly Hills. He attended Beverly Vista School and graduated from

He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Independent Ink, a global manufacturer of printer ink. In 1997, he was elected to the

He served as Vice-Mayor in 2009 and 2010. He was elected as Mayor in 2008, and was reelected in 2011. He serves as Vice President of the Beverly Hills Education Foundation.
