completed its acquisition of National Transmission Agency in 2002 – the seed asset in the publicly listed Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCIG) fund – and rebranded it as Broadcast Australia. The MCIG fund, including Broadcast Australia, was acquired by the
