Biography

Mägi studied at the
University of Tartu The University of Tartu (UT; ; ) is a public research university located in the city of Tartu, Estonia. It is the national university of Estonia. It is also the largest and oldest university in the country.
, Faculty of Law from 1923 to 1929. In 1944, Mägi fled to Sweden with his wife. From 1953 to 1963, Mägi served as a lecturer at the Estonian Scientific Institute (). He was also a member of the .Ero Liivik. Tänavu möödub 25 aastat Eesti õigusteadlase Artur Mägi surmast.
