Fehling won the OE Hasse Prize from the Academy of Arts, Berlin, for his role as Prince in the stage production of ' ('' Snow White''). He received the Förderpreis Deutscher Film award in the Best Actor category for his portrayal of Sven Lehnert in the 2006 film '' And Along Come Tourists''.
