Adityavardhana was a king of
Thanesar in northern India around the time of the decline of the

Pushyabhuti dynasty, and father of
Prabhakaravardhana. Adityavardhana's father was Rajyavardhana I and his grandfather, Naravardhana, the founder of the Srikantha dynasty of Tanesar.
