Abrar Qazi is an Indian television actor. He is best known for portraying Raghu Jadhav in '' Gathbandhan'' and Rudraksh Khurana and Samrat Chaudhary in '' Yeh Hai Chahatein''.

and also holds a degree in Master of Arts in Journalism. Abrar Qazi in his early days used to make films based on social issues with the help of his friends. He also worked as a Graphic Designer in a private company in his hometown but left the job in very less time to pursue his dream of becoming an actor.

Career

Abrar Qazi debuted as Zaid in 2018 with Imtiaz Ali's romance '' Laila Majnu'' and also appeared as Kareem in Prime Video's web series '' The Family Man''. In January 2019, he progressed into Hindi television as the lead Raghu Jadhav, a Dombivli gangster who falls for a police officer in Colors TV's '' Gathbandhan'' opposite Shruti Sharma. Just after '' Gathbandhan'' ended in November 2019, Qazi got into playing the lead rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana later Samrat Chaudhary from 2019-2023, opposite Sargun Kaur Luthra in Ekta Kapoor's drama series '' Yeh Hai Chahatein'' on Star Plus. The show has proved to be a turning point for his career, gaining him widespread love and attention for his acting as well as romantic chemistry with Sargun Kaur Luthra, making the duo very popular and the show a massive hit. In 2021 to 2022, he has featured with Sargun Kaur Luthra in many advertisements like Jeevansaathi matrimonial and Bru coffee. In November 2023, Qazi join the Zee TV's '' Kumkum Bhagya'' where he portrayed Rajvansh (RV) Malhotra opposite Rachi Sharma. Since June 2025, he played Udayveer "UV" Jindal in StarPlus's '' Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shahad Shahad'' opposite Afia Tayebali.
