. The festival had screened 28 films from North East India. It was organised by THOUNA in association with Film Forum Manipur and Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Government of Manipur. A total of 15 feature and 13 non-feature films were screened at the festival. The opening ceremony was held at City Convention Centre, followed by screening of the opening film '' Mareibak Ningba Herachandra''. The closing ceremony was held at Library and Information Centre, Kakching.
