The Trax
TRAX (, formerly known as The TRAX and TraxX), is a South Korean rock band that consisted of Jay and Jungmo. Originally a four-member rock band formed by SM Entertainment and X Japan's co-founder Yoshiki in 2004, it consisted of Typhoon Jay (vocals), Rose Minwoo (drums, percussion), Attack Jungwoo (bass guitar), and Xmas Jungmo (guitar, bass guitar). Their band name is an acronym of ''Typhoon Rose Attack Xmas'', which use as the members' nicknames. No Min-woo and Jungwoo left the band in the period between 2006 and 2007. This resulted in the band becoming a duo with the remaining members being Jay and Jungmo. They changed their band name from The TRAX to simply TRAX. The duo kicked off with the release of the EPs ''Cold-Hearted Man'' (2010), ''Oh! My Goddess'' (2010), and ''Blind'' (2011). Kim Hee-chul
Kim Hee-chul (; born July 10, 1983), better known mononymously as Heechul, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, presenter, and actor. He is a member of the South Korean boy band Super Junior and has further participated in its subgroup Super Junior-T as well as project group Universe Cowards with Min Kyung-hoon and Woojoo jjokkomi with Lee Soo-geun. He was also a member of the disbanded pop rock duo Kim Heechul & Kim Jungmo. Prior to his debut in Super Junior, Heechul began his acting career in 2005, starring in the second season of teen drama '' Sharp 2''. Conscription In South Korea
Conscription in South Korea has existed since 1957 and requires male citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 to perform compulsory military service. Women are not required to perform military service, but they may voluntarily join the military. Establishment The basis for military conscription in South Korea is the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, which was promulgated on 17 July 1948. The constitution states in Article 39, "All citizens shall have the duty of national defense under the conditions as prescribed by Act." Choi Whee-sung (; February 5, 1982 – March 10, 2025), known professionally as Wheesung or by the stage name Realslow, was a South Korean R&B singer-songwriter, record producer and musical theatre actor. ''Swallow the Sun'' () is a 2009 South Korean television series starring Ji Sung, Sung Yu-ri, Lee Wan and Jun Kwang-ryul. It aired on SBS from July 9 to October 1, 2009 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 25 episodes. Synopsis The drama opens in the 1960–1970's, with a group of criminals that were brought to Jeju Island for manual labor as punishment under the harsh supervision of troop leaders.
