The McClymonts
The McClymonts are an Australian country music trio comprising sisters Brooke (born 1981), Samantha (born 1986) and Mollie McClymont (born 1987), originally from Grafton, New South Wales. They have released one eponymous EP and six studio albums, '' Chaos and Bright Lights'', '' Wrapped Up Good'', '' Two Worlds Collide'', '' Here's To You & I'', '' Endless'' and '' Mayhem to Madness''. They have won fifteen Golden Guitars and two ARIA Awards. ''Endless'' is the fifth studio album by Australian country band, the McClymonts, released in Australia on 13 January 2017 by Universal Records and peaking at No. 3 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Mollie McClymonts commented on the album title saying "''Endless'' reflects how we're feeling about our lives right now and our love and dedication to our family and also for music. ARIA Hall Of Fame
Since 1988 the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) has inducted artists into its annual ARIA Hall of Fame. While most have been recognised at the annual ARIA Music Awards, in 2005 ARIA sought to create a separate standalone ceremony ARIA Icons: Hall of Fame event as only one or two acts could be inducted under the old format due to time restrictions. Since 2005 VH1 obtained the rights to broadcast the show live on Foxtel, Austar and Optus networks; and each year five or six acts were inducted into the Hall of Fame with an additional act inducted at the following ARIA Music Awards. The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. Rod McCormack
Rod McCormack (born 13 February 1963) is an Australian record producer, musician and songwriter. Biography Career McCormack is responsible for many high selling and award-winning albums and was named Country Music Awards of Australia Producer of the Year in 2004, 2008 and again in 2010. He has written over 30 number-one country hits and has produced albums for Gina Jeffreys, Paul Kelly, Troy Cassar-Daley, Adam Harvey, Beccy Cole amongst others. Lonestar
Lonestar (formerly known as Texassee) is an American country music band from Nashville, Tennessee. The band consists of Drew Womack (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar), Michael Britt (lead guitar, background vocals), Dean Sams (keyboards, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, background vocals), and Keech Rainwater (drums). Britt, Sams, and Rainwater co-founded the band in 1992 with original lead vocalist Richie McDonald and bass guitarist John Rich. Rich exited the band in 1998 and went on to join Big Kenny as one-half of the duo Big & Rich. The Chicks (formerly the Dixie Chicks) are an American country music band from Dallas, Texas. The band consists of Natalie Maines (lead vocals, guitar, bass guitar) and sisters Martie Maguire (vocals, fiddle, mandolin, guitar) and Emily Strayer (vocals, guitar, banjo, Dobro). Monty Powell
Monty Powell (born June 1, 1961) is an American country music songwriter best known for collaborating with Keith Urban, and for producing albums by Diamond Rio. Powell's first songwriting credit was a jingle for an Allstate commercial. After moving to Nashville, Tennessee in the early 1990s, Powell wrote several songs for Diamond Rio, whose lead singer Marty Roe was a roommate of his while they were in college at Lipscomb University. Other artists who recorded Powell's songs include Tracy Byrd, Chris Cagle, Billy Ray Cyrus, Tim McGraw, Collin Raye, and Restless Heart.
