The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster (often referred to as Eighties Matchbox, 80s Matchbox, TEMBD, TEMBLD or shortened to just Eighties or 80s) were an English rock band from Brighton, formed in 1999. They released three albums, '' Hörse of the Dög'' (2002), ''The Royal Society'' (2004) and '' Blood and Fire'' (2010). History Originally formed in 1999, the band comprised Guy McKnight (vocals), Andy Huxley (lead guitar), Marc R. Norris (rhythm guitar), Symren 'Sym' Gharial (bass), and Tom Diamantopoulo (drums), until May 2005, when Andy Huxley "decided to leave due to a decrease in musical similarities" to form the band Vile Imbeciles and was replaced by Rich Fownes from With Scissors. ''Blood and Fire'' is the third album by the British rock band The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. It was released on 10 May 2010 by Black Records and the band's own label, No Death Records. It was released as a Digipak CD and as an LP on coloured vinyl with a bonus poster. It was the band's first major album release since the departure of guitarist Andy Huxley in 2004. The album was recorded in France by the band and in London by Thomas Mitchener. Both sessions were mixed by Kevin Vanbergen. The album's first single, " Love Turns To Hate", was released on 10 May 2010 and is available as a digital download or on orange vinyl. The album was ranked 17th out of 25 in the Best Garage Rock Albums of All Time category by the Album of the Year and it was ranked as number one in the 2010 Best Garage Rock Albums category. Ouija
The Ouija ( , ), also known as a Ouija board, spirit board, talking board, or witch board, is a flat board marked with the letters of the Latin alphabet, the numbers 0–9, the words "yes", "no", and occasionally "hello" and "goodbye", along with various symbols and graphics. It uses a planchette (a small heart-shaped piece of wood or plastic) as a movable indicator to spell out messages during a séance. Participants place their fingers on the planchette, and it is moved about the board to spell out words. ''In the Garden'' is an extended play by English rock band The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. Released in 2007, it was the band's first release since Andy Huxley departed the band and was replaced by Rich Fownes in 2005. A 15-venue tour took place between July and August 2007 to promote the EP. The digital format of the EP was released on 23 July 2007, with the hard copy planned to be released a week later on 30 July with a bonus ten-track live album and fold-out ouija board. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hard copy release was pushed back to 3 September. Daron Malakian and Scars on Broadway (previously known as just Scars on Broadway) is an American Rock music, rock band founded by Daron Malakian of the metal band System of a Down, who also became the sole member of the band. Murderdolls was an American rock band formed in Hollywood, California in 2002. Its lineup consisted of core members Wednesday 13 and Joey Jordison while former touring members included Ben Graves, Acey Slade, Eric Griffin and Tripp Eisen.
