The Audition (band)
The Audition was an American rock band from Chicago, Illinois. The band is composed of singer Danny Stevens, drummer Ryan O'Connor, guitarists Seth Johnson and Timmy Klepek and bassist Joe Lussa. The band's first release was a six track EP titled ''All in Your Head''. In early 2005, they signed to record label Victory Records and released their debut album, titled '' Controversy Loves Company''. In early January 2008 they released their second studio album '' Champion''. On April 28, 2009 they released their third studio album '' Self-titled Album''. Their latest full-length album '' Great Danger'' was released on March 16, 2010. The Audition released a new EP titled ''Chapter II'' on February 14, 2012—their first new music since leaving Victory Records. Head Automatica is an American rock band from Brooklyn, New York fronted by Glassjaw frontman Daryl Palumbo. History Formation, ''Decadance'' and ''Popaganda'' (2003–2006) The beginnings of the band stemmed from singer Daryl Palumbo's interests in the hip hop and Britpop genres. Palumbo felt that the material that was inspired by these genres did not fit into Glassjaw's spectrum and so Head Automatica was created to showcase this. The band's debut album, ''Decadence'', was released August 17, 2004. Charting on the ''Billboard'' 200 and Top Heatseekers charts, the album was the brainchild of Palumbo, who was known better for his work in post-hardcore music, and Dan 'The Automator' Nakamura, famous for his production work with groups including Gorillaz and Handsome Boy Modeling School. Hit the Lights is an American pop punk band from Lima, Ohio. It is named in allusion to the '80s skateboarding film, '' Gleaming the Cube'', and has sold over 120,000 albums in North America. Valencia is an American alternative rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. They were influenced heavily by Mark Ciccone’s early song writing for the band. George Ciukurescu and JD Perry grew up together; attending elementary school, high school, and their first year of college. The Warped Tour is a Concert tour, touring Rock music, rock music festival that toured the United States and Canada each summer from 1995 until 2019, and returned in 2025 for its 30th anniversary. By 2015, Warped was the largest traveling music festival in the United States and the longest-running touring music festival in North America. Internationally, the festival stopped in Australia from 1998–2002 and again in 2013, as well as the United Kingdom in 2012 and 2015. Rock Kills Kid was an American art punk/alternative rock band from Los Angeles, California that consisted of Jeff Tucker (guitar and vocals), Shawn Dailey (bass), Sean Stopnik (guitar), Reed Calhoun (keyboards/vocals), and Mike Balboa (drums).
