Orville Richard Burrell Order of Distinction, CD (born October 22, 1968), better known by his stage name Shaggy, is a Jamaican-American reggae rapper, singer, and songwriter who scored hits with the songs "It Wasn't Me", "Boombastic (song), Boombastic", "In The Summertime#Shaggy version, In The Summertime", "Oh Carolina#Shaggy version, Oh Carolina", and "Angel (Shaggy song), Angel".
