"Reminder" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter the Weeknd from his third studio album, ''Starboy (album), Starboy'' (2016). It was written by him with Dylan Wiggins, DaHeala, and its producers Doc McKinney, Mano and Cirkut. The song was released to rhythmic contemporary radio on May 9, 2017, as the album's fifth single in the United States. The official remix was released on August 1, 2017, and features new verses from American rappers ASAP Rocky and Young Thug. It was later included on the deluxe version of ''Starboy'', released on March 14, 2023. Commercial performance "Reminder" peaked at number 31 on the US Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100. ''ReminderNews'' was a chain of 15 weekly newspapers circulating throughout the eastern portion of Connecticut. The first edition was published in 1949, with additional titles added over the years. The newspaper chain were sold to the ''Hartford Courant'' in 2014, and a year later renamed to ''Courant Community'' newspapers. The newspapers ceased publication in January 2024. History Kenneth Hovland and his new bride Carol moved from Iowa to the Rockville section of Vernon, Connecticut in 1948. A year later they started a weekly paper that would become ''ReminderNews.'' The paper's first edition was printed on Nov. 21, 1949, on a hand-cranked press in the kitchen of the couple's third-floor apartment. Hovland's old manual typewriter is on display at the Vernon Historical Society. Reminder software is a type of time management computer software that is designed to alert the user of important events that they have input to the program. Most programs provide a calendar or list view of events, as well as a reminding technique. Most common reminding techniques are pop-up dialog boxes and auditory alarms. Reminders is a task management program developed by Apple Inc. for their iOS, macOS, watchOS, iPadOS and visionOS platforms that allows users to create lists and set notifications for themselves. The app was first introduced in iOS 5 and OS X 10.8 "Mountain Lion" and was rebuilt from the ground up with the release of iOS 13.
