Producer (agriculture)
Producer, in United States agricultural policy, is generally thought of as a farm operator. However, given the sometimes complex ownership and rental arrangements of today’s farms, the 2002 farm bill (P.L. 101–171, Sec. 1001) defines a producer for purposes of farm program benefits as an owner-operator, landlord, tenant, or sharecropper that shares in the risk of producing a crop and is entitled to a share of the crop produced on the farm. Under this definition, a landlord receiving cash rent is not considered a producer and is not eligible to receive subsidy program payments. However, a landlord receiving crop share as rent is a producer. The Producer
"The Producer" is the fourth episode of the third season of '' Gilligan's Island'', in which the castaways stage a musical version of ''Hamlet''. It first aired in on October 3, 1966. Synopsis After curmudgeonly film producer Harold Hecuba ( Phil Silvers) crash lands near the island during an around-the-world talent hunt, the castaways are forced to tolerate him until his rescue plane arrives. When Ginger asks him for a role in his next movie however, Mr. Hecuba laughs at the idea, causing Ginger to become so upset that she refuses to return to civilization with the rest of the castaways. Hoping to change Mr. Hecuba's mind, Gilligan suggests that they perform a play for Mr. Hecuba so that he might reconsider Ginger's talent and ultimately decide to use her in a movie. An autotroph is an organism that can convert abiotic sources of energy into energy stored in organic compounds, which can be used by other organisms. The Trevor Horn Band
The Trevor Horn Band are an English group based around record producer and bass player Trevor Horn. Horn and others got together as the Producers in 2006, when they included producers Horn (bass and vocals), Chris Braide (keyboards and vocals) and Steve Lipson (guitar), and musicians Lol Creme (guitar and vocals) and Ash Soan (drums). Braide left in 2009 due to work commitments, though still contributed to the band's début album ''Made in Basing Street'', released on 25 June 2012. The band continued to play live and, with the membership evolving, switched to the name The Trevor Horn Band, with Horn and Creme remaining core members. The Producers is a new wave and power pop band from Atlanta, Georgia. The original line up included Van Temple on guitar and vocals, former Whiteface member Kyle Henderson on bass and vocals, former Billy Joe Royal sideman Wayne Famous (Wayne McNatt) on keyboards, and Bryan Holmes on drums.
