Ibrahim Orabi
Ibrahim Orabi (; 1912 – 2 July 1957) was an Egyptian Greco-Roman wrestler. He competed as a middleweight at the 1936 Summer Olympics and as a light-heavyweight at the 1948 Games and finished in fifth and third place, respectively. Ahmed ‘Urabi
Ahmed Urabi (; Arabic: ; 31 March 1841 – 21 September 1911), also known as Ahmed Ourabi or Orabi Pasha, was an Egyptian military officer. He was the first political and military leader in Egypt to rise from the '' fellahin'' (peasantry). Urabi participated in an 1879 mutiny that developed into the ʻUrabi revolt against the administration of Khedive Tewfik, which was under the influence of an Anglo- French consortium. He was promoted to Tewfik's cabinet and began reforms of Egypt's military and civil administrations, but the demonstrations in Alexandria of 1882 prompted a British bombardment and invasion which led to the capture of ʻUrabi and his allies and the imposition of British control in Egypt. ʻUrabi and his allies were sentenced by Tewfik into exile far away in British Ceylon, as a form of punishment. Mohamed Orabi
Mohamed Orabi (Arabic: محمد العرابي; born 1951) is an Egyptian diplomat and politician who was the Foreign Minister of Egypt in Essam Sharaf's cabinet from 18 June 2011 to 18 July 2011. Career Orabi worked in the Egyptian Army before he joined the foreign service in 1976. Then he became a career diplomat. He was deputy chief of the Egyptian mission in Israel from 1994 to 1998 and in the US. He also served in Kuwait and in the United Kingdom as Egyptian diplomat. He served as chief of the cabinet of the foreign minister in 2000 with Amr Moussa, He was Egyptian ambassador to Germany from 2001 to 2008. Next he acted as assistant foreign minister for economic affairs. He was appointed foreign minister in June 2011, replacing Nabil Al Arabi. However, he resigned from office in July 2011. Osama Orabi
Osama Orabi (; born 25 January 1962) is an Egyptian retired professional association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Playing career Early career As a 13-year-old boy, Orabi attempted to join Al Ahly SC, Al Ahly in 1975, but did not succeed. He unsuccessfully tried out once again at Al-Ahly in 1978. In 1981, he trained for two weeks with the first team of Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab, Arab Contractors but failed to impress the technical staff to sign him. Encouraged by a friend named Abdul Moneim Muhammad Ali, Orabi was introduced to Ahmed Maher, Al-Ahly U-21 Manager. Maher decided to attach Orabi to the team in 1982. Al-Ahly Orabi first appearance with Al-Ahly's first team was in 1982–83 season against El-Olympi, Olympic Alexandria, when Mahmoud El-Gohary was Al-Ahly manager and Abdel-Aziz Abdel Shafi was the Football Director.
