Early life Nixon was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire, on 7 August 1967. He spent the early part of his childhood moving frequently due to his father's Royal Air Force assignments. Ewloe (; , ) is a village and electoral ward in the community (Wales), community of Hawarden in Flintshire, Wales. It is situated close to the Flintshire/Cheshire sector of the Wales-England border. Flintshire County Council is based at St David's Park in the village. The A55 road, A55 expressway passes through Ewloe and its most notable landmark is Ewloe Castle.
