James Dear (born August 2, 2002), professionally known as Luci4, is an American rapper, songwriter and record producer based in Hemet, California, known for his songs, which blew up on TikTok in 2021, and got him signed to Atlantic Records. The Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer, commonly known as the 808, is a drum machine manufactured by Roland Corporation between 1980 and 1983. It was one of the first drum machines to allow users to program rhythms instead of using preset patterns. Chopped and screwed (also called screwed and chopped or slowed and throwed) is a genre of hip-hop music and technique of remixing music that involves slowing down the tempo and DJing.
