2011 Bahraini Uprising
The 2011 Bahraini uprising was a series of anti-government protests in Bahrain led by the mainly Shia and some Sunni Bahraini opposition primarily from 2011 until 2014. 2015 Sitra Bombing
On 28 July 2015, a bomb attack occurred outside a girls school in Sitra, Bahrain. Two policeman were killed, one was seriously injured, and five others had some minor injuries.
