Neil Gust
Heatmiser was an American rock band, formed in Portland, Oregon in October 1991. Consisting of Elliott Smith (guitar and vocals), Neil Gust (guitar and vocals), Brandt Peterson (bass; later replaced by Sam Coomes, frontman of Quasi) and Tony Lash (drums), they were known for their well-crafted lyrics and songs often featuring the juxtaposition of melancholic and cheery words and melodies. The pop-oriented songs of Elliott Smith were a contrast to the darker songs of Neil Gust, while both Smith's and Gust's songs touched on subjects such as anger, alienation, loneliness and despair. is a video game developer and division of Koei Tecmo Games, known for their ''Atelier'' franchise. Company was founded in 1993 in Nagano, Japan, as the first game software house in Nagano Prefecture. The company began by creating ''dōjinshi'' games for personal computers. Its first project was for the PC-9801 personal computer. In 1994 the company became an official developer for the Sony PlayStation video game console, and its first PlayStation product was the simulation game . Anne Baldwin Gust Brown (born March 15, 1958) is an American business executive who was the First Lady of California from 2011 to 2019. She is married to former Governor Jerry Brown. Gust Avrakotos
Gustav Lascaris Avrakotos (January 14, 1938 – December 1, 2005) was an American case officer and the Afghan Task Force Chief for the Central Intelligence Agency. Avrakotos joined the CIA in August 1962 and was posted to Greece in 1963. Following the 1967 Greek coup d'état and the establishment of a far-right military junta, Avrakotos became the main liaison point for the CIA and the regime. He worked closely with the regime until he returned to a US posting in 1978. He worked for the CIA in the US until late 1982, when he found a position with the CIA's Near East desk, which included oversight of the agency's work in Afghanistan. The following year he became acting Chief of the South Asia Operations Group, which included involvement in Operation Cyclone, the CIA program to arm and finance the Afghan mujahideen in their war against the Soviets. Gust (Gustave) Graas (19 December 1924 – 19 February 2020) was a Luxembourgish abstract painter and businessman who played a major role in the development of the Luxembourg-based radio and television group RTL. Ernie Gust
Ernest Herman Frank Gust (January 24, 1888 – October 26, 1945), nicknamed "Red", was an American Major League Baseball player. Gust played for the St. Louis Browns in the 1911 season. In three career games (August 17 – 19, 1911), each against the Washington Senators, Gust had no hits in 12 at-bats, playing first base. He batted and threw right-handed. Gust received his opportunity to play for St Louis after batting .354 with 17 triples and a slugging percentage of .498 for the Harrisburg Miners/Jackson Climbers in the Class D Kentucky–Illinois–Tennessee League. An outflow boundary, also known as a gust front, is a storm-scale or mesoscale boundary separating thunderstorm-cooled air ( outflow) from the surrounding air; similar in effect to a cold front, with passage marked by a wind shift and usually a drop in temperature and a related pressure jump. Outflow boundaries can persist for 24 hours or more after the thunderstorms that generated them dissipate, and can travel hundreds of kilometers from their area of origin. New thunderstorms often develop along outflow boundaries, especially near the point of intersection with another boundary (cold front, dry line, another outflow boundary, etc.). Koei Tecmo Games
is a Japanese video game, amusement and anime holding company created in 2009 by the merger of Koei and Tecmo. Koei Tecmo Holdings owns several companies, the biggest one of those being its flagship game developer and publisher Koei Tecmo Games that was founded in 1978 as Koei. Koei Europe was the first subsidiary to change its name to Tecmo Koei Europe, Ltd and to release video games under the new moniker.
