Kellen Gulley
Kellen Gulley (born April 6, 1994) is a former American professional soccer player who played for the Chicago Fire and Atlanta Silverbacks. Youth career Gulley was part of Chicago Fire's youth system from 2009 to 2012. In his three years with Mississippi Fire Juniors, he played in three consecutive SUM/Generation adidas Cups and also trained with the club's first team, PDL and Super-20 sides during the 2010 season. Gulley was also a member of U.S. Soccer's residency program during his time in Mississippi. Gulley also spent time with the Chicago Fire U18 during their 2011-12 campaign where he made 23 appearances and tallied six goals. James Monroe Gulley (May 10, 1939 – May 20, 2014) was a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's 103rd House district, including constituents in Mecklenburg County. From Matthews, North Carolina, Gulley served seven terms in the state House. He announced he would not run for reelection in 2010. Warren "Bill" Gulley (November 16, 1922 – February 24, 2012) was an American military non-commissioned officer (NCO) who, in retirement, served (1968–1977) as the first civilian chief of the White House Military Office. James Gulley (born October 3, 1965) is an American former professional basketball player, who played the center position. He played for Ironi Ramat Gan and Maccabi Ramat Gan in the Israeli Basketball Premier League, leading the league in rebounds for three consecutive seasons (1995–97). Basketball career Gulley attended Newton High School in Texas, graduating in 1985. In 1984 he was named ''USA Today'' Honorable Mention. He played basketball for Lamar University for four seasons, graduating in 1988. Thomas Jefferson Gulley (December 25, 1899 – November 24, 1966) was a professional baseball right fielder and pinch hitter. He was and weighed . He went to Mississippi College. Gulley played first base for the Little Rock Travelers in the Southern Association for six seasons. He holds the Travelers' highest single-season batting average at .378 in 1925. He made his major league debut with the Cleveland Indians on August 24, 1923 and remained with the Indians for the 1924 season. Over those two seasons Gulley played in five games. Alfred Gurdon Gulley (July 15, 1848 — August 16, 1917) was an American professor of horticulture at the Connecticut Agricultural College (now the University of Connecticut) from 1894 to 1917. He oversaw the beautification of the grounds, planting many ornamental trees and gardens. Early life and education Gulley was born into a farming family in Dearborn, Michigan, on July 15, 1848. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University) in 1868 and his Master of Science degree in 1873.
